Welcome to the new homepage of the New York State Archery Association.  These pages are going to evolve slowly based on both need and user feedback, if you have questions and/or comments, please contact the webmaster at the address at the bottom of the page.

Our Mission

bullet

To foster the growth and promotion of archery among people of New York State in accordance with the traditions.

bullet

To hold annual indoor and outdoor State Archery Championship Tournaments, and any additional tournaments as may be designated by the Board of Directors.

bullet

To determine the true State Archery Champions (man and woman: Seniors, and JOAD Divisions).

bullet

To encourage membership in Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) programs, and formation of Archery clubs in New York State.

bullet

To extend such assistance as may be possible to those conducting or in the process of forming JOAD programs, or an Archery Club in New York State.

bullet

To maintain State records:  to provide ranking of New York State Archers and promote New York State Archers into national ranking.
